Artificial intelligence strategy and workforce evolution define this Director role at Desjardins. The position aligns strategic initiatives, investments, organizational capacities, and delivery methods. It also advises executives on technological, organizational, and human impacts.Key Responsibilities:
Define Desjardins’s vision for artificial intelligence, data, and IT rolesGovern and prioritize the Information Technology AI initiative portfolioEstablish governance, value tracking, and benefits measurement mechanismsSupport responsible AI adoption and new ways of workingMobilize and develop multidisciplinary transformation professionalsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum ten years of relevant experienceAt least five years in management or leadershipExperience with organizational transformation, strategy, or strategic portfolio managementFrench required;
advanced intermediate English proficiency requiredDirect Desjardins’s AI transformation through strategic governance, workforce development, responsible adoption, and measurable value delivery across IT.
