Job Description

Online Chat Representative

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Online Chat Representative to provide customer support through online chat. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve basic concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions through online chat.
Provide clear and helpful information.
Assist with basic account and service inquiries.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone.

Qualifications

Requirements

Strong written communication skills.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
