Make a difference at Orange Health Clinic as a Family Physician in Sutton West, Ontario, offering flexible hours in a hybrid family practice. Collaborate with our integrated team to improve patient care. We seek a Family Physician to join our dedicated group, providing care in both family practice and walk-in formats. This full-time or part-time role offers the opportunity to establish a patient roster while meeting community health needs. Work in a modern facility with on-site pharmacy support and administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care for patients across various age groups
- Manage a personal rostered patient panel if desired
- Assist in walk-in clinic coverage during peak hours
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Ensure detailed medical record-keeping using EMR
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in Ontario
- Certification in Family Medicine preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative care environment
- Experience in community or walk-in care preferred
