Job Summary
Performs accurate and timely entry of data into electronic systems and maintains organized records. Collaborates with team members to verify information, produce routine reports, and support office operations.

Main Duties
- Enter and update alphanumeric and numerical data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Scan, index, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Generate routine reports and extract data for supervisors and other departments.
- Respond to internal requests for information and assist with basic record searches.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and preparing documentation.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common office software; experience with database systems is an asset.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail for data verification and proofreading.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
