Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service and support to clients of financial institutions. Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and product information while maintaining confidentiality.

Main Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Process account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments according to procedures.
- Open, update and close customer accounts, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns and escalations, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Provide information on financial products and services and refer customers to specialists for advanced needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in banking systems and update client files.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business, finance, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience; experience in financial services preferred.
- Working knowledge of common banking products, account services and transaction processing.
- Proficiency with office software and the ability to learn proprietary banking systems and applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
