Senior Platform Reliability Engineer at Ziing

Become a vital part of Ziing as a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer, driving reliability and operational excellence for the Ziing.ai platform. This hybrid or remote role focuses on building systems that deliver outstanding logistics performance. At Ziing, we are searching for a Staff Platform Reliability Engineer to enhance stability across our technology stack. You will engage in cloud infrastructure, APIs, incident response, and platform automation. The ideal candidate should excel at improving reliability metrics linked directly to our logistics workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Own reliability engineering for Ziing.ai platform services
- Partner with teams to mitigate reliability risks early
- Automate routine operational tasks to enhance efficiency
- Build observability for critical system components
- Lead incident response and reliability reviews for major changes
- 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript
- Strong experience with cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes and infrastructure automation
- Experience in logistics or operational SaaS is a plus
