HUB International Personal Lines Lead

Elevate your career as a Personal Lines Team Lead with HUB International. Use your leadership abilities to inspire a team dedicated to excellent client service and continuous improvement. As a leader in this role, you will build relationships, foster talent, and oversee daily operations to meet service commitments. Applicants should have a minimum of five years in the insurance brokerage industry alongside two years of leadership experience. Your entrepreneurship will drive team success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead by example to maximize employee potential
- Ensure alignment with quality service standards
- Resolve service/call escalations and inquiries
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Engage in special projects as required
- At least 5 years of brokerage experience
- 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Level 2 General Insurance License is essential
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
