Founding Growth Marketer (AI-Native)

We're hiring our first marketer at Amp.
This is a founding role. You'll build and own the inbound engine for an AI-native company where agents do the production work.
You won't be executing someone else's playbook. You'll define how inbound works here, from editorial and AI-answer presence to founder voice and pipeline generation.
AI handles the heavy lifting. You own the system, the output, and the number.
You'll work directly with the CEO. They set direction and priorities. You turn that into shipped work, distribution, and measurable pipeline.
If you're already the person on your team using AI for everything, and moving faster than everyone else because of it, this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & RUN
- Inbound engine (0 → 1 → scale) - Own the full inbound system: content, distribution, conversion, and iteration. This isn't just publishing. It's building a repeatable growth loop that generates pipeline.
- Editorial system - Run Amp's editorial output across thought leadership, customer stories, product updates, and category education. Use AI agents to draft. You shape, refine, and decide what ships.
- Organic + AI-answer presence - Own how Amp shows up wherever buyers search: Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity. Build structured content that drives discoverability in both traditional and AI-native channels.
- Founder-led distribution - Turn founder thinking into high-quality content across and beyond. Repurpose, distribute, and engage. Not just post.

Inbound pipeline: marketing-sourced qualified meetings, and the organic + AI-answer visibility that drives them.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS (growth, content, or demand gen)
- You've actually built something: a content engine, a channel, a system. Not just executed tasks
- You're AI-native: you already use AI tools daily to move faster and better
- Strong writer and editor who can make complex ideas clear
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You'd rather ship and learn than wait for perfect direction
