Technical Sales Engineer at Featherless

Drive technical sales for Featherless.ai as our pioneering Sales Engineer in North America. Leverage your skills to connect with clients and demonstrate our market-leading AI solutions. In this vital role, you will work in tandem with the founding Account Executive, bridging the technical and commercial worlds. Your focus will include conducting thorough technical assessments, creating hands-on demos, and validating our solutions against competitors. By spearheading technical initiatives, you contribute to the growth and success of our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the AE to lead technical discussions with clients
Analyze client needs and run technical discovery sessions
Create POCs that highlight model benefits over competitors
Assemble technical collateral to support sales efforts
Address performance and cost concerns from clients

Requirements:

3–6 years in customer-facing engineering or sales roles
Proficient in Python and demo creation tasks
Experience discussing LLM inference technologies
Familiarity with modern cloud environments and security
Strong documentation skills for technical communications
