Channel Management Specialist Remote

Lead AltFunds Global's broker ecosystem as a Channel Management Specialist in a fully remote setting. Focus on recruitment, training, and enhancing broker performance to drive revenue growth. This senior-level role involves significant responsibility in building channels that enhance capital acquisition. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years in related fields, showcasing a history of closing deals. You'll work on vetting and onboarding brokers, ensuring they comply with Swiss standards and driving effective deal execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train global brokers and channel partners
- Facilitate weekly broker strategy and compliance sessions
- Sustain a pipeline of accredited clients
- Set and monitor KPIs for broker performance
- Ensure adherence to compliance and KYC standards
- 5+ years in structured finance or alternative funding
- Track record of closed transactions with references
- Established book of business or relationships
- Proficient in digital communication
- Familiarity with SBLCs and capital structuring
