Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary agronomic consultant for clients
- Develop precision agronomy programs including VR seeding
- Manage supplier relationships and sales programs
- Lead current business acquisition efforts for growth
- Oversee retail operations and pricing execution
Requirements
- Agricultural retail and field agronomy experience
- CCA certification or commitment to achieve it
- Membership with Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists
- Robust knowledge of canola seed and crop protection
- Proven ability to build client relationships
