The HR Business Partner acts as an advisor to company directors and managers, helping them to decide on long-term strategies for human resources and employees.Main ResponsibilitiesHC Strategy: Contribute to the development of HR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor HR analysis and use relevant data to understand employee engagement and satisfaction.Advising and Coaching Managers: Provide consultative support to managers and leaders to resolve complex HC issues. Act as a bridge between managers and employees. Coach managers on HC issues affecting the company and develop concrete solutions.Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.Workforce Planning: Support managers in their workforce planning. Evaluate teams and provide advice to achieve organizational objectives.Labor relations: Manage labor relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and respectful work environment.Training and Development: Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and support the development of training programs.Talent Management: Implement talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop the best talent.HR Data Analysis: Use HR data to provide actionable insights to leaders, contributing to data-driven decision-making.Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, health and safety procedures and HR best practices.Aptitudes and QualificationsEducation: University degree in Human Capital (HC/HR), business management or related field.Experience: Significant experience (more than 10 years) in human resources roles, with specific experience of at least 5 years as a business partner.The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders .Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trusting relationships with employees at all levels.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trusting relationships with employees at all levels.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations.Legal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations.Strategic Orientation: Ability to understand global business objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.Leadership: Ability to influence and lead change within the organization.Why Join Us?At Intelcom | Dragonfly , you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
