We invite applications for the position of full-time Bulk Petroleum Supervisor to join our team at our Bulk Petroleum team in Stony Plain, AB. This position will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8am- 4pm.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Petroleum Operations Manager, and is responsible for:
- Supervise the day to day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department and provide direction to Cardlock operations, programs and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership to the bulk petroleum team, including recruitment, performance management, training and development of team members.
- Prepare budget and ensure petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for coordination and supervision of all safety, maintenance, Alberta Transportation regulations, and environmental policies; ensuring standards are achieved.
- Manage ongoing development of customer relationships through added value, follow-up and a focus on providing an exceptional experience.

Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-9 years Supervisor experience in a retail environment
- Knowledge of petroleum products is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to monitor operational costs and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Class 3A License preferred
