Remote Marketing Operations Manager at Riva

Drive marketing success as Riva's Marketing Operations Manager, remotely supporting operations with data optimization and automation. You'll enhance campaign effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. Riva, a leading Edmonton-based software company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize their marketing technology stack and operational efficiencies. This remote role requires a strong background in marketing automation, particularly with HubSpot, to enhance campaign performance and the customer experience. Your strategic input will support revenue goals through data management and process design across various teams. Key Responsibilities:

Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Build dashboards for tracking campaign performance and ROI
Develop scalable marketing processes with the VP, Marketing
Maintain data integrity across marketing and sales systems
Collaborate to define KPIs and improve operational workflows

Requirements:

5+ years in marketing or revenue operations
Expertise in HubSpot and data visualization tools
Strong understanding of SaaS marketing metrics
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
