Floral Admin

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced front-end person who is able to work unsupervised as well as be a team player. We are a fast-paced, busy, high end retail floral shop and require a knowledgeable admin with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
• Maintain a database of our orders, make sure they are sent out in timely manner.
• Co-ordinating deliveries.
• Receiving orders over the phone, email or in-person.
• Receiving and processing flowers, hard goods.
• Helping our customers with floral choices and combinations.
• Help set up the front display.
• Maintain a clean store, help with cleaning duties at the end of the day.
• Wrapping and packing floral arrangements, sending out deliveries

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience
• 55 WPM minimum
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multi-Tasking, able to work under pressure
• Handle multiple phone lines
• Quickbooks Proficiency.
• Experience in the floral industry will be considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
