North America Treasury Services Lead

In this transformative role, you will spearhead a cross-regional team dedicated to expanding Treasury Services offerings in North America. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and guide a dedicated commercialization team
• Prioritize strategic initiatives to boost market impact
• Ensure key partners are engaged and aligned with commercial goals
• Continuously evaluate competitive dynamics and positioning
• Develop a comprehensive inventory of offerings tailored to markets
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years experience in business development or scaling
• Deep understanding of payments and treasury services
• Strong leadership and team communication skills
• High level of initiative and work ethic
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
