Product Manager for SMB at TELUS

Drive product innovation at TELUS as a Product Manager for the Small-Medium Business segment. Enhance customer retention through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights. In this role, you will lead efforts within the SMB Base Management team to develop programs that enhance retention and product engagement. A minimum of five years in product management is required, along with strong analytical skills to inform decision-making. You will collaborate with sales, present outcomes to leadership, and focus on improving customer service tactics. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service tactics across the team Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in product management
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Expertise in stakeholder communications and management
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in projects
