Principal Consultant in Resource Development

Drive responsible resource development with ERM as a Principal Consultant in Capital Project Delivery. Utilize strategic consulting and industry expertise to guide complex projects across Canada. This senior-level position at ERM supports substantial capital project delivery, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and regulatory navigation. You'll leverage over six years of experience to influence project pipelines, mentor junior consultants, and foster strategic relationships. Your role is crucial in ensuring sustainable practices and addressing socio-economic challenges through successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex capital development and assessment projects
Provide guidance on Indigenous engagement and impact assessments
Build and maintain client relationships for growth
Mentor junior staff to develop core consulting skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Over 6 years of relevant industry experience
Expertise in mine closure and transition planning
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
