The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies , and unique qualifications. The Specialist, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity role will play a key role on the ID&E team in:
- Supporting key stakeholders: including the National ID&E Council, Chief Mental Health Officer, People Networks, Human Resources Centres of Excellence, Human Resources Business Partners & Consultants, Talent Attraction, National Marketing & Communications etc. develop and execute on strategy, goals, and initiatives.
- Engagement & Communications: advance trust and growth in the People Networks and regional communities in communications, reporting, and social media campaigns.
- Tracking & Measurement: track and measure progress contributing to a data-informed approach to ID&E.
- Sponsorships & External Relationships: advance our firm's ongoing external commitments of external relationship, partnerships and programs.
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Knowledge of the diverse realities and lived experiences of equity groups in Canada
- Experience developing and facilitating initiatives/programs informed by equity-deserving experiences
- Understanding of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and the role of businesses
- Experience working with Inclusive and Diverse organizations
- Experience working in Human Resources
- University/ College- 3 years
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Excel, Project Management, and/or data analytics
