Auto Service Front Desk & Customer Care Specialist

Driven Brands, Inc.

Uniban Canada, part of Driven Brands, is seeking a customer service oriented team member to intake walk-ins, prepare estimates, and assist customers. You will answer phones, process orders, and support the manager with parts returns, ensuring accuracy in parts ordering and timely follow-up.

A positive attitude, basic computer skills, and strong communication are essential; prior call-center experience is a plus.
