Lead the Used Car Sales Team

Shape the success of our used vehicle sales as a Used Car Manager. This role requires outstanding leadership, sales aptitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are in search of a results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. Your responsibilities will encompass managing vehicle inventories, leading a sales team, and developing pricing strategies. With your expertise, you will ensure a streamlined buying process for customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of the used car department
- Source and price used vehicles competitively
- Monitor market trends and inventory conditions
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team
- Maintain smooth customer experiences throughout sales
- Experience in used car or sales management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle market dynamics
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
