- Lead design and development of trading backend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements
- Manage agile teams from product backlog to delivery
- Conduct unit testing and support QA processes
- Provide third-level product support as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 10+ years in software development within cloud environments
- Proficient in OpenShift, Java, and Spring Frameworks
- Solid experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitHub
