Hybrid Vice President, Client Engagement AECOM

Join AECOM as the Vice President focusing on Energy Utilities in a hybrid work model. You will lead business initiatives and enhance client relationships in Mississauga, Ontario.
As a Vice President within AECOM Advisory, your main goals will involve driving business development and supervising delivery teams tasked with serving Energy Utility clients. The position calls for a strategic thinker who can shape business campaigns and maintain high engagement standards. Leverage your expertise in market analysis and operational improvement to foster team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate business development opportunities and industry connections
• Lead the development of proposals and client solutions
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure quality engagement outcomes
• Foster a culture of mentorship and performance improvement
• Generate insights through thought leadership initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in management consulting experience
• Proven leadership in seller-doer roles is essential
• In-depth knowledge of corporate strategy and business transformation
• Strong narrative development and communication skills
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
