- Partner with senior leaders for business-focused HR guidance
- Transform strategic priorities into effective HR solutions
- Guide leaders on engagement, succession, and team dynamics
- Identify and address HR-related organizational issues
- Manage key processes like talent management and performance reviews
- 15+ years of HR experience in strategic roles
- Familiarity with fast-paced, operational environments
- Strong analytical skills and change management experience
- Experience collaborating with HR COEs
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field
