Outbound Call Agent - Banking ( 12 months contract/ Remote)

We are hiring 3 professional and results-driven Outbound Call Agents to support a leading financial-services organization . In this role, you will engage with existing and prospective bank customers, identify their needs, promote suitable banking solutions, and provide timely follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Promote banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and deposit products.
• Follow up on account inquiries, applications, and service requests.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility requirements.
• Verify customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and banking systems.
• Meet daily call-volume, quality, customer-service, and performance targets.
• Escalate complex inquiries or customer concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow banking policies, privacy regulations, anti-fraud procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Post-secondary education- High School a must.
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and discussing financial products.
• Customer service, call-centre, sales, or financial-services experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
• Results-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance targets.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, or weekends when required.
