- Transporter la vaisselle propre, les ustensiles et autres objets aux aires de service et dresser les tables
- Nettoyer et désinfecter des articles comme des treillis, des chariots et des broyeurs de déchets de lave-vaisselle
- Débarrasser et nettoyer des tables, des plateaux et des chaises
- Remplir des bacs et des plateaux servant à débarrasser les tables
- Utiliser un lave-vaisselle pour laver la vaisselle, les verres et les ustensiles
- Ranger la vaisselle à l'endroit prévu
- Refaire les provisions de condiments et d'autres articles sur les tables et dans les aires de service
- Désinfecter la vaisselle et autres articles et les laver à la main
- Récurer les marmites et les casseroles
- Inscrire dans les registres les quantités de nourriture utilisée
- Emballer les aliments à emporter
- Diviser les denrées en portions et les envelopper
- Préparer et faire chauffer des plats simples
- Servir les aliments aux clients, au comptoir ou à la table de buffet
- Remplir les réfrigérateurs et les comptoirs à salade
- Prendre les commandes des clients
- Utiliser des appareils manuels et électriques pour nettoyer, peler, trancher et couper des denrées alimentaires
- Nettoyer et désinfecter la cuisine, les postes de travail, les armoires, les endroits pour le rangement et l'équipement
- Manipuler des produits de nettoyage et les entreposer
- Recevoir, déballer et ranger les provisions dans les réfrigérateurs, les congélateurs, les armoires et tout autre rangement
- Enlever les déchets et les ordures et vider les poubelles
- Balayer, essuyer, laver, cirer et astiquer les parquets
- Caisse enregistreuse électronique
