Full-Time Nanny

Our family recently relocated to West Vancouver from Edmonton and is in search for a suitable long-term nanny/household support. We have two adorable boys, ages 5 and 2. Our priority is finding an excellent nanny —someone warm, reliable, experienced and proactive who genuinely enjoys children. We are not looking for a housekeeper who watches the kids; rather, we want a nanny who, when the children do not require her full attention, naturally takes initiative and helps keep the household running smoothly. The full-time role would be Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, live-out, with occasional evening/weekend flexibility and the ability to travel with our family occasionally. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Providing attentive, engaging care for our boys Facilitating educational activities using materials we provide Reading, crafts, developmental activities and indoor/outdoor play Accompanying the children to activities, outings and playdates as needed Preparing children's meals and snacks Keeping children's rooms, play areas and belongings organized Family laundry General household upkeep, including kitchen, tidying, organizing and cleaning Proactively helping with household tasks during school hours or other downtime Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of professional childcare experience, including experience with newborns, toddlers and elementary-aged children. First Aid/CPR, a background check and strong references are important. Driving is an asset but not a requirement. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience, but we remain flexible for an exceptional candidate.
