Housekeeper / Family Assistant After-School Childcare – West Vancouver We are a warm, busy family in West Vancouver looking for a wonderful, reliable housekeeper/family assistant to join our household as soon as possible. We are open to either full-time or part-time for the right person and are ideally looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our family's routine. The primary focus of the position is helping us keep our household organized and running smoothly, including: Laundry, folding and putting clothes away General tidying and light housekeeping Grocery shopping and household errands Food preparation and helping prepare family dinners Keeping the kitchen and common areas organized General household organization We also have two school-aged children, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys children and is comfortable transitioning into after-school childcare later in the day. This would include preparing snacks and dinner, occasional school pick-ups, helping with the kids' after-school routine, and sometimes taking them to the park or other outdoor activities. Our ideal candidate: Warm, trustworthy, reliable and highly organized Experienced in both housekeeping and childcare A confident cook who enjoys preparing healthy family meals Has a valid driver's licence and is comfortable driving Comfortable with pets Looking for a stable, long-term position with a family Able to start immediately or very soon This is a live-out position in West Vancouver. We offer $30/hour for the right candidate, with hours and schedule to be discussed depending on whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work.
