Nanny Wanted - West Vancouver Family Seeking Part Time Overnight Newborn Nanny - $40/Hour - Must Have Car

We’re a warm, easygoing family in West Vancouver, BC welcoming our first in November, and we’re looking for an experienced overnight nanny to help us through the early weeks/months. We need someone who can provide attentive overnight care for our baby: feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and settling. Care would also include some light baby-related housekeeping and laundry, like washing bottles, tidying the nursery, and keeping up with baby laundry. We’re looking to hire around our due date of November 28th, so ideally we’d love to have someone in place a bit before then to get settled. The ideal candidate will have solid experience caring for newborns (0–3 months especially) and a calm and responsive approach to nighttime care. Certifications like infant CPR/first aid or newborn care specialist (NCS) training are a plus, though not required if you have strong hands-on experience. The schedule would ideally be 3 nights per week for at least the first month, looking at a 2-3 month commitment. Hours are flexible between roughly 9:30pm–5:30am or 10pm–6am, and we’re happy to find what works best for both of us. Pay is $40–$45/hour. Important note: our nanny must drive / have their own car, as we do not live in a location with late night/morning bus service.
