Lead AI product innovation for Roche’s Quality Control network in Mississauga, applying predictive analytics and agentic workflows to laboratory operations.As Product Owner, you will manage AI solutions and digital products across Pharma Technical Operations Quality and Compliance. You will identify use cases, translate laboratory challenges into scalable data products, and support proactive quality intelligence. The work connects QC operations, data analysis, and compliant technology delivery.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific disciplineThree to five years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated environmentsHands-on Quality Control laboratory operations experienceUnderstanding of Applied AI and autonomous workflowsKnowledge of cGMP, ICH, CSV, ALCOA+, and AI guidanceApply QC laboratory expertise, AI understanding, and product management skills to advance compliant quality intelligence at Roche.
