The clinical focus is hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), sexual health, weight management, and preventative care. What You’ll Actually Do

• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under physician collaboration, prescribe and manage TRT to optimize hormone levels
• Assess and treat erectile dysfunction — developing treatment plans including advanced therapies and prescribing medications
• Conduct new patient consultations, interpret lab results, and build ongoing care plans
• Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Educate patients on their health, their options, and their progress — this is consultative care, not assembly-line medicine
• Maintain clinic census goals and contribute to a growing, high-performing clinical team

What You Bring

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Alberta (CRNA) in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience
• Experience in primary care, urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred — but not required
• Comfort with injections and hands-on patient care
• A genuine interest in men’s health, hormone optimization, or wellness medicine
• Strong communication skills and a personality that puts people at ease — patients come back because of how you make them feel, not just what you prescribe
