What You'll Do
Complete an independent questionnaire detailing a recurring consumer workflow you support Describe common user friction points and the workarounds consumers currently use Differentiate clearly between direct observations and general estimates Detail any observed payments or small offers that might alleviate the workflow friction
Who Should Apply
Direct professional experience assisting consumers with recurring workflows Comfortable analyzing and describing common user problems in detail Ability to maintain strict confidentiality by omitting any identifying customer details
Contract & Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule. Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payment is issued as soon as your work is approved. We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
