Ethics and Compliance Officer Alstom

At Alstom, we seek an experienced professional with a robust background in ethics and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including handling investigations and risk management. This role will require collaborating with multiple departments to navigate compliance challenges while promoting a culture of accountability throughout our operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Ethics and Compliance programs aligned with international standards
Conduct due diligence reviews for partners and suppliers
Manage compliance risks through training and investigations
Collaborate with various teams on ethical matters
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Law degree and bar association membership in Canada or U.S.
8 to 15 years of ethics and compliance experience
Strong knowledge of anti-corruption frameworks
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
