Quality Assurance Coordinator

Quality Assurance Coordinator role supporting Cencora's World Courier logistics and storage services. The position ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across transport divisions while guiding staff on quality and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality management system policies, procedures, and performance metrics for transport divisions
- Oversee supplier evaluation and qualification programs, including audits and performance monitoring
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage audit responses, and track corrective actions
- Investigate non-conformities, incidents, and deviations; support root cause analysis and preventive action plans
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and manage facility pest control and cleaning documentation
Requirements
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO/GxP standards
- Experience with audit management, supplier qualification, and compliance oversight
- Proficiency with quality documentation software tools and data management systems
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and GDP guidelines
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple quality-related documentation and procedures
