Estimating Manager For Infrastructure Projects

Chandos seeks an Estimating Manager to drive project pursuits from concept to construction start. Your expertise in estimating for municipal and transit infrastructure projects will be pivotal. You will develop winning bid strategies, oversee estimates, and collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop bid strategies for complex infrastructure projects - Prepare and coordinate project estimates from concept to tender - Lead workshops on value engineering and cost assessment - Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project plans - Identify risks and opportunities for project improvement
Requirements: - 10+ years estimating for a General Contractor or Construction Management firm - Experience in transit and municipal infrastructure projects - Strong understanding of construction methodologies - Proven track record in developing competitive bid strategies - Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
