Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate project requirements and prepare estimates - Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the estimating process - Develop and maintain relationships in the subtrade community - Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software effectively - Participate in project delivery method discussions
Requirements: - Estimating experience with a General Contractor - Background in tenant improvements and light industrial projects - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Familiarity with various estimating software tools - Motivated with a competitive edge in workload management
