We currently have over 120 childcare centres across Canada and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the company!
Responsibilities-being
- Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping
- Implement an Emergent Curriculum
- Support childrens emotional physical or behavioural well; while helping to develop their social emotional cognitive and physical skills
- Maintain attendance and health and safety checks
- Work with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as necessary
- Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
- Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops
Specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with children parents and co-workers.
- Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation reporting and classroom operations
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid British Columbia ECE/ IT License
- Criminal Record Check
- Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR
- Immunizations up to date
- Ability to push pull and lift up-to 45 pounds
