We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new--and a chance to cuddle something fluffy--you'll love this role!
About the Boarding Department
Our Boarding Department provides Doggy Daycare, Puppy Socials, and Overnight Care. We are passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every guest. This department operates 365 days a year, so availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who brings
- Experience in animal care and behaviour
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence using technology, computer systems, and phones
- A positive attitude and team spirit
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests
- Engage pets in physical and mental enrichment activities
- Support the smooth operation of the Boarding Department with teamwork and initiative
