Lead the marketing vision at Freybe as a Senior Marketing Manager. Focus on consumer insight, brand strategy, and product innovation to enhance the growth of a respected Canadian food brand. This influential role involves crafting Freybe's brand narrative while ensuring relevance in today’s market. You'll be responsible for the full product lifecycle and will spearhead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage consumer and market insights to unlock growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand strategy and long-term architecture
- Execute campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential platforms
- Oversee product lifecycles from concept to market
- Lead consumer insights research to inform decisions
- Develop and mentor a dynamic marketing team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 8+ years experience in marketing; CPG preferred
- Proven ability in brand growth and innovation
- Strong communicator with strategic vision and execution skills
- Eligible for full-time work in Canada and willing to travel
