Commercial Account Manager in Vancouver

Be a pivotal part of a leading insurance brokerage as a Senior Commercial Account Manager in Vancouver. Engage with a diverse client base while delivering top-tier insurance solutions. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in commercial lines insurance. You will take charge of account management, ensuring seamless servicing and marketing of policies. Effective communication and strategic placement will be critical in maintaining client satisfaction across multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts
- Implement and track strategy for account placements
- Ensure prompt renewals and policy adjustments
- Foster relationships with clients and service teams
- Achieve high standards in client care and service delivery
- Level 2 Insurance License is mandatory
- Minimum of 3–5 years in commercial insurance
- Proficient in EPIC and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Holding designations like CAIB or CIP is advantageous
