CRM Change Management Specialist

Enhance organizational change as a CRM Change Management Specialist, focusing on strategic communication and engagement initiatives. Utilize your expertise to drive user adoption and transformation success. This role requires a minimum of five years change management experience in large-scale technology projects. Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong background in stakeholder engagement are essential. You will develop change management strategies and facilitate workshops, ensuring that communication aligns with the overall transformation goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the organizational impact of change initiatives
  • Craft communication and engagement plans for diverse audiences
  • Coach leaders in their roles as change advocates
  • Collect and analyze feedback on adoption processes
  • Design interactive workshops and information sessions
Requirements:
  • Five years in change management within technology settings
  • Degree in human resources, communication, or related field
  • Change management certification preferred
  • Mastery of communication planning strategies
  • Fluent in both French and English
