About the Role  

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) email development projects (from creative development to deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud). In this role, you will be the central connector between our clients and internal teams : managing project lifecycles from kick-off to go-live while building trusted, lasting relationships along the way. Key Responsibilities  

Project Delivery  

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM email projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations  

• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans  

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive timely resolutions  

• Run day-to-day project workflows using Agile or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com  

Client Engagement  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle  

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at all levels  

• Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and workshops with clients  

• Translate client needs into clear, actionable project requirements and deliverables  

• Manage client expectations transparently, escalating and resolving issues with professionalism  

Internal Collaboration  

• Work closely with technical teams (developers, CRM consultants, architects) to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered to a high standard  

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align CRM projects to business objectives  

• Manage the intake of creative requirements and design development through client approval, ensuring readiness for email production  

• Champion cross-functional communication, ensuring internal stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout delivery  

CRM Implementation & Quality  

• Oversee CRM platform configuration, data migration, system integrations, and go-live activities  

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA processes, and deployment plans  

• Develop project documentation, training materials, and post-launch support plans to drive user adoption  

What We're Looking For  

Experience & Education  

• 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on CRM implementations or digital transformation projects  

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with proven ability to manage and grow client relationships  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

Technical Skills  

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce  

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) 

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar) 

• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and API workflows  

Interpersonal & Soft Skills  

• Exceptional relationship-building skills — with clients and internal teams  

• Clear and confident communicator, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences  

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously  

• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
