Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a diverse array of tax projects for clients
• Review and manage audit and tax filing complexities
• Mentor and provide performance feedback to junior staff
• Collaborate on developing firm policies and practices
• Facilitate technical training for team members
Requirements:
• Completed or currently enrolled in CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program
• 1-2+ years of relevant public practice experience
• Competent with tax compliance software
• Strong understanding of Canadian tax regulations
• Effective communication and time management skills
