InfoPlace Canada is looking for an experienced Immigration Case Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about Canadian immigration, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering exceptional client service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Support Immigration Consultants with case preparation and file management.
- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality immigration applications.
- Conduct client discovery calls and gather required documentation.
- Manage client files from onboarding through submission.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Stay current with Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- RCIC license is an asset but not required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Canadian immigration.
- Experience preparing and submitting Canadian immigration applications.
- Experience with international student admissions or education consulting is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of IRCC programs, policies, and application processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about helping immigrants succeed and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
