Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 days onsite)
Contract: 12-month contract with extension or full-time job
Payrate: $32-36/hr
Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Content Quality Assurance & Auditor to support one of Toronto’s largest financial institutions. This role sits within the Marketing organization and is focused on QA/QC of email, SMS, and web campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and deliver the right messaging to the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute QA/QC for email, SMS, and web campaigns, including automated customer journeys
- Validate campaign accuracy, personalization, and functionality across platforms
- Perform testing across browsers, devices, and environments
- Conduct last-minute audits to ensure messaging and targeting are correct
- Partner with developers and project managers to resolve defects and maintain quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in QA, email/web development testing, or campaign execution
- Experience testing emails, websites, mobile applications, and marketing automations
- Hands-on experience with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Workfront, Litmus, Email on Acid, BrowserStack, SauceLabs)
- Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the financial services industry
- Experience as a campaign developer or QA Analyst
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud
