Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) bilingue – service (change de devises) pour se joindre à une équipe dynamique et évoluant dans un environnement rapide au sein du secteur T&O – Change de devises et Marché monétaire .
Ce poste fait partie de l’ équipe de confirmations verbales , où vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’exactitude et la validation des transactions de change.
Il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité pour les diplômé(e)s récents en commerce, finance ou économie souhaitant amorcer leur carrière dans le secteur bancaire et des marchés financiers.
Responsabilités principales
- Effectuer des confirmations de transactions (verbales et écrites) avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel
- Contacter les clients afin de confirmer les opérations de change après leur exécution (appels sortants requis)
- Valider les détails des transactions, notamment :
- Devises et taux
- Instructions de règlement
- Distribution des paiements
- Approuver les transactions dans les systèmes internes, incluant :
- Rédaction de notes/mémos
- Enregistrement d’horodatages
- Collecte de documents signés
- Traiter en moyenne environ 50 confirmations par jour
- Surveiller les limites de crédit et gérer les exceptions
- Effectuer les confirmations pour FX, marché monétaire et options FX
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les clients externes
Exigences essentielles
- Bilinguisme français et anglais (obligatoire)
- Diplôme (ou début de carrière) en commerce, finance ou économie
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide et sous pression
Qualifications souhaitées (atouts)
- Connaissance du marché des changes (FX) ou des marchés financiers
- Connaissance des paiements et confirmations SWIFT
- Expérience dans :
- Les services financiers
- La gestion de fonds
- Les opérations financières
- Familiarité avec les systèmes/logiciels financiers (type Wall Street)

Bilingual Service Representative – Foreign Exchange (Operations Officer)
Location: Montréal, QC

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week currently – Thursday; transitioning to 2 days/week)

About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Service Representative – Foreign Exchange to join a dynamic and fast-paced T&O – Foreign Exchange & Money Market team. This role sits within the Verbal Affirmation Team , where you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and confirmation of foreign exchange trades.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Commerce, Finance, or Economics looking to launch their careers in the banking and capital markets industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform verbal and written trade affirmations with clients via phone and email
- Contact clients to confirm FX trades post-execution (outbound communication required)
- Validate trade details, including:
- Currency and rates
- Settlement instructions
- Payment distribution
- Approve trades within internal systems, including:
- Drafting memos
- Recording timestamps
- Collecting signed documentation
- Process an average of ~50 affirmations per day
- Monitor trade limits and manage credit exceptions
- Handle FX, Money Market, and FX Options confirmations
- Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external clients
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Graduate (or early career) from a Commerce, Finance, or Economics program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Exposure to Foreign Exchange or Capital Markets products
- Knowledge of SWIFT payments and confirmations
- Experience in:
- Financial services
- Funds management
- Operational processing
- Familiarity with Wall Street systems/software
