As the Director for HDR's Pediatric Practice, you will play a crucial role in establishing best practices to enhance family-centered care and outpatient environments. With your extensive experience, you’ll implement sustainable design strategies that align with the evolving needs of pediatric health systems. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional collaboration to create spaces that truly support child welfare. Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 12 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proven track record in pediatric health design
