In this role, you will oversee the management of significant property loss claims, working closely with third-party adjusters. Your responsibilities will include guiding investigations, analyzing claims data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a focus on delivering high-quality results and superb customer service, this position requires strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims oversight and coordination with adjusters
- Develop detailed strategies for claim investigations
- Analyze technical reports and validate claim values
- Deliver adjustments and claims statuses to all involved parties
- Ensure timely correspondence and accurate records
- At least 15+ years in commercial property claims
- Proven experience with large losses over $5,000,000
- Comprehensive knowledge of property insurance
- Strong report writing and negotiation skills
- Basic accounting knowledge for claims processing
