Engineering Lead Analyst VP — Tech & Compliance

The Engineering Lead Analyst at Citi is a senior role overseeing a broad set of engineering activities across hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The objective is to ensure quality standards within existing and planned frameworks.
Responsibilities include acting as SME for controls and compliance, guiding project roadmaps, defining system enhancements, and mentoring junior staff while managing risk and regulatory requirements.
