Job Summary: The StratonHunter Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Chain Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team in Canada. This role is essential for managing and overseeing the real estate site selection for multiple restaurant brands that are clients of StratonHunter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with national restaurant chains, advanced relationship management with brokers, and familiarity with attending trade shows such as ICSC. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their real estate needs and expansion plans, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sites for new units across various brands, considering demographic data, competition, traffic patterns, and site accessibility.
• Site Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential real estate sites, ensuring they meet the specific requirements and criteria of each client brand.
• Financial Assessment: Perform detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies on potential sites, including cost projections, revenue forecasts, and ROI assessments.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to secure favorable lease or purchase agreements that benefit our clients.
• Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes, including site inspections, environmental assessments, zoning and permitting requirements, and other legal considerations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as finance, legal, construction, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new locations into our clients' portfolios.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and senior management, providing insights and justifications for site selection decisions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company and clients at industry trade shows such as ICSC, networking with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate acquisition, preferably with national restaurant chains.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing prime real estate locations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced relationship management skills with brokers and other industry professionals.
• Familiarity with attending trade shows such as ICSC.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed to evaluate potential sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• Professional certification in real estate (e.g., CCIM, CPM).
• Experience with lease negotiations and property management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
